Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: In my opinion, we have absolutely no proof!. I think about things like this all the time!.!.!. but the thing is, even if we are, what difference would it make!? You might as well go about living life normally and happily!. Another thing I've thought of that is similar to that: How do we know that the universe wasn't just created 5 seconds ago, and everything we remember before that is just a figment of our imagination that was born into our minds at the same moment that everything else came into existence!? xP If it is true, it wouldn't make a difference!. So you might as well not worry about it, right!? Things like this are fun to think about, though!. :)Www@QuestionHome@Com We don't!. I can think of many, many such potential realities!. However, I find that the less assumptions one makes, the closer they can get to accurately understanding existence!. If we make the assumption that a) we exist and b) the universe exists as a real entity we can perceive, then from there science can take over!. We can have a workable system of reality based on very few assumptions!. The more assumptions you make, aka God exists, or magic exists, etc, the more likely those assumptions contradict your earlier assumption!. And if assumptions contradict, one of them is wrong, and your system falls apart!. So minimal assumptions are best!. Make a few assumptions regarding existence!. Its the best you can do!. Unless you can come up with something exceptionally clever!.Www@QuestionHome@Com We have consciences!. You cant really fake that!. also, we couldn't have evolved from bacteria because we are extremely complex organisms that requires everything inside of us to function!. Evolution is not a concrete or even realistic because of the way we work!. Our brain hasn't evolved from a tiny little nothing!.
