Question: I believe that the state of "being a happy person" is an ATTITUDE more than being dependent on the !.!.!.!. !?
surroundings & situations which happen to us!.
i mean, it's how we deal with everything in our life & how we see& feel any problem we face !.!.it's an attitude
if,for example,my friend & i face a certain problem ( giving that we both have the same background ) !.!.!.!.!.!. i may take it easy ,but she takes it hard !.!.!.!.i make fun of it,but she cries for it !.!.!.
it's how each of us tend to deal with differnt situations in general
that's what i believe !.!.!.!. sorry if not well-said

I determine every single day (multiple times, if necessary) that I will be content, no matter what the circumstances!. Each time I'm faced with a difficult situation or experience, I try to look at what there is to gain from that situation or experience, even if it means consciously telling myself to do so!. I don't tell myself everyday that ''I'll be happy if!.!.!.'' There is no ''if!.'' It takes discipline at first, but like anything else, it becomes second nature in time!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
I agree!. Attitude is one of the very few things over which we have some control and far too many people let the little bumps that crop up inevitably in the road of life irritate them quite disproportionately!.
Questions to ask yourself are:
Do I want to get upset over this!?
How upset do I want to get!?
How long do I wish to remain upset!?
Usually getting upset does not improve the situation in any way, and can poison the pleasure you might otherwise be taking in the moment!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
