If it is tagged on to recognition of achievement and honorable rewards with a conscious communication of workers involvement in the realization of organizational goals that is bereft of any discrimination or favoritism - it is going to be a boon!.If it is used for victimization, unreasonable adulation for self-centered gains, it is going to be a curse!
