OMG I struggle with this daily!. If I understand this question right, my problem is being happy!. I don't think I know how to be happy, like I was never given the skills or guidance to understand how happy even feels!. Over a 10 year period I lost 2 sons, a husband and a fiance/best friend so I certainly understand pain and grief!. 5 years ago I meet a great man, but I am always looking for it to fail or him to leave me because I just don't know how to be happy!. I should just be happy that I found someone who loves me and that I can love and still I am always thinking about leaving him because I am not happy!. But the more I think about it, it's not him, it's me!. If you find the answer here please let me in on it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I feel like this a lot and I am sure many people feel like this a lot of times!. This is common when you experience something for the first time or something that is completely new to you or totally against your calculations!. The best thing to do in such situations is to be normal and be yourself!. Life is short and fragile - if you feel you like someone - you must tell the person politely that you do!. If a big disaster has happened leaving you stranded you should do what anyone would do - try to find a way out!. In our times we have been brainwashed by media,politicians,our elders and culture to believe in things and develop stereotypes hence its natural for us to be pitted against such situations a lot of times!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
