well,i can't say about the world but certainly does change the life of person who said it and who heard it!.!.!.!.for how long!.!.depends on the intensity,sincerity and quality of that love!.

First of all, I think it depends on who is saying them and why!. In the genuine sense it is wonderful as love is one of the things we strive for the most, and so many people never find!. Love can have so many meanings and contexts in your life!.!.!. it does not have to only mean a romantic relationship that leads to or is a marriage!. Love can be present between two people just because they are human and they care!.
