Life is exhausting!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, everyday!. As we learn, grow, and change physically as well as mentally, our views of the world will change!. Change is ever constant but we still rely on our constants that help us hold on to our past wants and needs!. Some have a hobby or a routine that we do every day or at every season!. This keeps us connected to our past, our ancestors, or memories we do not want to loose but we still have to have change in our lives so that we can keep learning so we can pass on what we've learned until it is our time to move on to our next plain of existence!. Women are more apt to accept change rather than most men!. But we are here to help each other cope with these changes and be more accepting to live the change!.
When I was younger (about 8) I wanted to be an anthropologist/archaeologist (I still secretly do) but because the changes in my journey of life, whether it was the influence of others or my decisions, I never got to get my degree and work for the Smithsonian!. But, I still keep up with all the new things they find and even assist on local digs when possible!. When I was 18 I didn't want to have kids but when I met my husband (at 26) I changed my mind and am so glad I did!. Now, that I am almost 40, I am looking forward to witnessing my childrens changes and just trying to coast through these years till they go out into the world with their changes!. Embrace the new things in life, encourage others to do the same, and love as often as possible even when we don't feel like it!. These are the changes that are always constant but always the same!.

When I was 4 I understood people intuitively, and the whole of my environment made sense!. My mental tentacles spread all around me!. As I went to school and learned it pushed out much of my natural knowledge!.

When I was 5 I wanted to die because I realized that I had forgotten more and better things than I would ever learn in the rest of my life!.

At 10 I wanted a completely rational world, no intuition, no emotion, just facts!.

At 16 I was an emotional tar pit!. I wanted to be okay, but I wasn't the smartest, the funniest or the most popular person, and I didn't think I could ever be okay!.

At 21 all I wanted was alcohol and oblivion!. I didn't need to die, because I could just black out and pass out!.

At 30 I wanted to change who I was an be okay!.

At 40 I had been unemployed for 10 years, I was chronically depressed and I had to give up any pride or self-respect I had left just to survive!. I wanted other people to be as unhappy as I was!.

At 49 My life sucks but is manageable, I live to help others, and if I think about my own life goals, I realize that everything is going downhill and I don't want to go on!. So I get out of myself and I am just fine!.

Did what I wanted change as I aged!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

yes and no!. for many it has to do with maturing, and wanting things that are more practical when we get older!. As a child we want toys, such as dolls, games etc!. when we are older, it has to do with a home, job and sometimes even family!. Still, with guys toys are still a factor, only the price has changed!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

joan of arc said "I know this now, every person gives his life for what he believes!. Sometimes people believe in little or nothing!. Nevertheless they give their lives for that little or nothing!. ONe life is all we have!. We live it as we believe in living it!. Then its gone!. But to surrender what you are and live without belief thats more terrible than dying!."
As we age, hopefully we grow in wisdom or at least learn from our life experiences and choices!. You know that saying hindsight is 20 20!.
Some people grow bitter and angry though!. So I guess no one is the same person they were a year ago let alone 20!.

Yes!. When I was young I wanted hot chicks and fast cars!.

Now that I am older I understand that I cannot afford fast cars or young hot chicks!.

I guess it due to my mind being tempered by life's experiences!. When I was young I didn't experience a lot yet so I didn't know any better!.

Now that I have aged some and gained some wisdom my desires reflect this!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think it depends on what you think, cause yes people do change what they want and no they dont!. I think its more of an understanding that you cant always get what you want sometimes but other times you can!. I dont know if that makes any sense to youWww@QuestionHome@Com
