Question: In the 1970s management gurus wrote books on how "you" can be "successful" in an organization!. They left out!?
the bit about how to help the organization itself be successful!.

The method was basically
"Success lies in using others weaknesses as your strong point!.
Success lies in using your own strengths to elevate yourself!."

So people read the books, followed the ideas and achieved "success" but the organization itself failed!.

Why would that have been I wonder!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You can also qualified yourself as one of the gurus with all your in- depth questions;which I usually find it difficult to crack!. This one is interesting and more general so I tried taking it on!.
A big and successful organisation maintains and replenishes its pathfinders and core genius to track and develop rapidly in the market!.The market is an arena of these organisations but these are specialists in commences or finances!.The market is also built on elements of politics and many other unknown factors which is so volatile that these specialists sometimes themselves got suck in!.
Anyway,it is interesting to note that these specialists are normally
quite immune to the failure of an organisation they helped,,they shall appeared later somewhere preaching or organising another set-up !.
Success lies in telling or selling your theory!.An medical operation is declared success upon the completed mission and not thereafter!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
