No, God in his omnipotence loves all the people but does not need them for His happiness!. The "bad" people as you call them, are those who refuse to live by the Natural law established by the Divine being, instead they have chosen to live by their ego regardless the consequence being moral or social!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
