I would say half empty because if you glass was half full, you wouldn't be asking a question like this!. Well, at least through my experience, people who are happy, don't go around Y!A asking if they are happy!.

I'm lost not though, because does having your glass half full mean you're a happy person, or just an optimistic one!. Can you be a sad and optimistic person!? No, that doesn't seem right at all!. Can you be happy with the glass half empty!? Uh, not really because you are a pessimist, and those people are ones that dread the outcome of everything!.
