If you're dealing with someone with unrealistic pipe dreams and a bad attitude toward criticism, it's some of the best advice you could give (even though it may very well fall on deaf ears)!. If you're dealing with someone who struggles with mediocrity and has a self-defeatist attitude, you could be doing more harm than good in phrasing your advice this way!. Gauge the character of the person you are giving this advice to, and modify it accordingly!. Personally, I would have phrased it, "fight like hell to see a good idea through to the end"!.Www@QuestionHome@Com depends on the situation!.
