The wealthy have the means to live a different life from the common man and that includes justice as well!. There is justice for all but here in the real world the one who has nothing has little justice to count on yet the wealthy have the contacts and the means of gaining a justice that is well beyond the means of the like of you and I!. It's all about the money!. If you don't have it then you are stuck with third rate medical attention, poor living quarters, a lacklustre diet, and overworked/underpaid members of the public legal system!. Should you have the wealth to afford it then you have superb medical attention, mansions to live in, a rich diet of foods, and access to the best legal minds money can buy!. The state does not treat all citizens with the same respect!. There is a twenty percent chance that both the rich and the poor have the same and equal respect of the state!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Karl Marx argues that America went about equality the wrong way!. He argues that mandating equality would never work, what you really need to do is to destroy the need for differences!. So of course this can't really happen!. Creating a homogeneous society would take some genocide or a breeding program!. So I would say no!.
