i dont know about"make(ing) questions";

i ask,presumebly because-of the same reasons that others Ask!.
When i was born,there was a peopled world i hardly knew anything about;as i grew up,my world became a worlf of objects,personalities,idols,enemies and actions of all types!.
Some,if not all of these required and still require,questionable,reasonable answers!.
But in my "20's",i came to realise even more;that some of the old questions were totally inadequate;the so-called answers lacked!.!.for want of a word!.!.!.anything NEW!.
And i was brought-up and taught that new ideas and stubborn questions both had to have some better reason,some better clarity,to them!.
i was lucky; in some "backwater" library,i came across something that i'd been looking for(for some time,as i was then 30-something)!.
It was in a philosophy-section book,with chapters by numerous apparently learned authors!.I read the very last one;then i had to have that book to read and reread that short essay!.It was one of the best (short)essays by a man called karl Popper!.The title was," Emancipation through knowledge"!.That chapter-even the very first page-"blew me away"!
For it opened up a new world;one which,a bit like the new world that helen keller found as a child, a world i'd only suspected of but never really found until that day!.
It was-and still is-a CRITICAL World!.
A world where criticism is reasonable,therefore incisive;a world where the ordinary person,the ordinary student,can and should participate in!.
Its really a sort-of-new one,because its not only a more reasonably human world but, one that has better and more clear and more critically Rational answers,answers to new as well as the old,sometimes intractable questions!.
When Popper said that his (written)answer to the probably dull question of the chicken or the Egg,was not really taken seriously,one could see why!.
For he knew that the present day(even his present day!)education was,in critical ways,stunted,and even irrational(!)
This,of course,he outlined very well in the case of philosophy!.And unfortunately,philosophy still is "stunted"and irrational;one only has to read some of the questions here,given to basic critical philosophy questions,to see that a lot of them are just wikipedia-textbook rote (standard)answers-as if Popper and others had NOT done any work on them!.
And some of the answers have not changed for thousands of years(and were possibly given to us by the ANCIENT "wikipedia" oracle!)

Still,Popper's work is there for y'all to judge for urselves;even his (getting dusty!) 2 volume Answe-to-his-critics;where this author explains his reasoning to his critics;and i must say,that his critics "explain"their almost total lack of reasoning-certainly their lack critical reasonablness-that their replies and ofter their work(bearing in mind that some of them were/still "teachers")has!.
It certainly showed-the-state-of philosophy,in the past 20th century!.
But it has done more;now countless people ,students and teachers,realise the (true)limitations-critical limitations,which although limiting,do so in A NEW WAY!.(And the old philosophy/the old philosophy teachers,could not account for-they could not change;some could and did,though)!.

My curiosity to know more about the complexity and mysteries of Nature, human condition, and interesting happenings in the Universe, from the smallest to the largest!. What really is love, life, morals, pride, arrogance, compassion, cruelty, etc and what makes humans so very crazy, envious, ambitious, obnoxious, subjective,suicidal, etc!. and nations so aggressive or power-hungry!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

What makes you look in the fridge for food when your hungry!?

Its an urge!. a desire!. an emotion!?
Its something common in many animals!.

I don't believe there is an identified source of our curiosity!.
Some people question everything!.
Some don't really care enough to!.
Some cannot understand!.
Yet others don't quite until they understand all!.

Why challenges me!?
Life and my mind!.

In regards to philosophical or opinion based questions, I do not expect to find truth!. However, I do expect to find a different understanding possible answers to th questions!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
