Yes, but not as Western civilization defines "real"!. Reality is a polar field in which mind and matter are the two poles!. Both mind and matter are real and irreducible!. But Western civ wants to believe that only matter is real!. So when a Westerner asks "Is reality real!?", what is usually being asked is, is there an objective reality that exists on its own, apart from mind!? By "reality," you may mean "physical data stream" as interpreted by human 5-sense perception!.

For example, the typical hydrogen atom is 99+% "empty space!."
That empty space is actually teeming with trillions of "virtual photons," which are light momenta too quick to be judged "really in this universe!."

Yet, these virtual photons are integrally necessary for the existence of the hydrogen (and all other) atoms, for their energy maintains the electons in their orbits!.

The "electron" is a particle only when it is "pinned down!." Otherwise, it is not an it--not a particle/thing--but a field!.

The proton and neutron constitute the 99+% of the mass of an atom!. When viewed by physics, 97% of that mass is found to be, a la the electonic orbital, gluonic energy fields!. The three point particles, "quarks," constitute 1% x 3, the 3% which is "mass!."

Hence, any aspect of our 5-sense reality is 99+% "empty space," filled with light too brief to see, and the weight of e!.g!. a 200-pound human is 6 pounds of quarks, and 194 "pounds" worth of energy fields!.

So our reality is 3% as heavy as we think it is, and 99+% more empty than we perceive it to be!.

So, reality is a term, which, when circularly applied (e!.g!., "reality is only atoms," or "only atoms are real"), yields predictable definitions, which are logically not necessarily complete!.

To answer this question one must define reality!. What is reality!? What is real!? Reality being real is a relative truth!. To some!. reality is laid right in front of them while others must delve deep into perceptions of those who imagine reality- so they think!.
