Defeating an opponent twice your physical strength is not the issue as one can use his or her strength to ones own advantage!.

One can not defeat another mentally!. One can only defeat themselves mentally by choosing to do so!.

The only one whom you can change is yourself!.

By changing ones self, one changes everything to the whole universe!.

Or stare at the person and analyze their weaknesses, then attack that!.

Using your brain!. Duhh!. Take them down emotionally at first!. Little remarks here and there!. Then find some kind of i guess black mail you could call it!. Something to prevent them from doing naything to you physically but unless ur in middle or hgih school that doesnt really matter!. It really depends on the situation!.
