Celibacy is not natural so they are being required to act against natural urges!. I have been told that was a condition imposed in the middle ages because the church would have to support the widow and children of deceased priests!. Popes often had families!. Now days they spend billions defending legal actions against priests they have caused to live unnaturally!. Www@QuestionHome@Com Martin Luther came up with that!. he had like 100 things that he hated about the Pope and the Church so he broke off and formed Lutherism!. from that came all 230 branches of christianity that there are today!. oh, and i think that they should not be permitted to marry, that way the priests will keep molesting little boys cuz they arent getting any action and eventually everyone will get tired of catholicism and choose some other form of christianity!. Allowing the priests to marry is a correction to only a minor deviation in a corrupt and deviant religion, how could that possible correct centuries of errors!. The entire Church is flawed!. I think that they follow the example of Christ which was celibate and unmarried!. Additionally, they are married to the Church!. Their first and highest priority is service to God's faithful!. Jesus said in Matthew 19:12 "Some are incapable of marriage because they were born so; some, because they were made so by others; some, because they have renounced marriage for the sake of the kingdom of heaven!. I've always wondered how they could advise a couple on marital problems if they haven't a clue about what is going on!? It's like playing chess through the telephone by memory!. It doesn't work!. I cannot see a man giving family advice when they do not have a family of their own!.
