= why to tell someone that secret if that is called a secret and if that secret is not a secret for them then it`s not called a secret!.so keep secret and if that secret is better to secret then make it real secret !.!.!.

Our government has been expert at this for years!. Much
worthless information is stamped "secret" or even "top Secret"
They are very adept at keeping that information out of the
public eye!. Mostly it is just CYA!.
