This sounds a good question;its as if i am not the only one to disregard the Oracle wikipedia(!)

Seriously,i put a lot of faith and some effort into understanding the critical theories put forth by karl Popper;And he certainly knows the difference between "discovered" and "invented"!.
Its likely that so-called "universals"are AT LEAST "imbedded"within each of us;but,knowing the excellent (critical)work of Sir karl,i would not say that i'd wager anything on that assumption(!)
