Practically speaking:
Prepare plan B!. when there is absolutely no chance of the first plan succeeding, start working on the second one!. If that fails, make another!. Keep inventing "other options"!. There will always be one!.then put all your energy into making that one a success!.

So long as we work towards anything, we find new hope!. If you just give up and sit, there is none!.
Unless you are praying for a miracle!. But keeping the faith is not easy under adverse conditions!.

Sometimes, sheer hopelessness of situations totally out of control can be very hard to deal with - like the loss of a loved one!. Then, shifting the focus on other important people in your life may help!.

World over, this has been the principal function of every religion - Providing hope when there seems none!.

u need to laugh, something to distract you from the hopelessness!. once u forget about it and ur in a good mood, hope returns on its own!.
