In thousands of years people may look very different to what they look like today!. Our teeth may evolve to be less sharp due to a lack of tough food to bite, our jaws may not be as strong or as well defined for the same reason!. Our heads may increase in size to accommodate a larger brain, our body hair may reduce even further etc!. When you ask a question like that you need to specify a starting point!. You can say that people ultimately came from the beginning of the Universe or you could say that further along the evolutionary tree, people came from small mammals when dinosaurs walked the Earth!.
