Question: Is the self, itself, a hegemony!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Yes the self is hegemony but only at the best of times!. The self is the driver of the body!. As we grow up we learn the self control of our bodies!. The more we control we have over our bodies the more the self acts as hegemony!. Of course when we are ill the self doesn't get to act as a hegemony!.

The self is also hegemony because it imposes an uni-version on the world!. Meaning we can only see the world through ourselves!. The self is the hegemony that the sense feed the data of the world through!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
