If you want to " know Stuff' you have to expose yourself to the " stuff" you want to know!. Philosophy really has no wrong answers, the idea is for you to create or expound on an Intelligent thought!. The thought has to be supportable in at least theory!. You don't have to prove your thought for it tobe a valid philosophy but you must be able to express your thought intellectually, it's gotta at least Sound provable!. Having this mentality will put your mind on the right track to understanding the stuff your hearing in class!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well just brush up on some philosophy such as Friedrich Nietzsche, Aristotle, Socrates, Plato, Kant, Anselm, Hegel, ect!.
Look for random quotes and meanings online!. This should make you atleast appear that you know something about philosophy, until you can learn more!. :D
Hope this helps a bit!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I`d love to encourage you, but you have to have the interest in the search for the truth and have a special mindset, where you love to analyze,to find the reasons etc!. Otherwise I`m sure there is a "Philosophy for Dummies" book- no disrespect intended!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
