Since the 'heart' is your gut feeling about things, your deep-down feeling that is illogical to your head, think of it as a being of infinite and mysterious knowledge and wisdom that you can have conversations with, and that your head can reason with!. If you think of yourself (your head and your heart) as two beings (and two heads are better than one), then you will cease to make one-sided decisions from one perspective!. When your head and heart argue, do not let them walk away from the argument unresolved, and (when making tough decisions) do not hastily listen to your mind until your heart has reasoned with it (and this might seem a little insane to yourself!.!.!. but talking to yourself out loud, giving voice to these entities, is very helpful), and also do not listen to your heart without the consultation of your mind!. It is very important to let them reach an agreement that you as a WHOLE are satisfied with!. It will feel like a miracle! The mind gets a little insane!. To this, the heart is the voice of reason!.
