Question: How can I keep living if I don't care if I die !?
I honestly don't!. My faith tells me that what is waiting for me after death is WAY better than this and existence in the presence of the Lord is the best thing I can imagine, ever!. Of course, I do fear suffering!.

I did briefly lose my sanity and came back to a completely new me that I am in the process of trying to figure out!. I feel I should have died!.

Can anyone relate to what I am saying!?

Sure and this is a very good subject!. It is ok that you get this twist of living, as long as you are living!. It is school!. Life is like that!. You are here on this earth to be involved in one of the greatest events about to be in the kingdom of the Almighty God!. Your interest in this place is nature to be less and less!. It is planed to be like that!. The kingdom of God is at your hand!. You have the power to change things for people, just by speaking to them!. Use this power that you have and see how things change!. The almighty Gods kingdom is at hand to all that call upon his name!. You have done this and so the change started, right then!. This is how it works!. You are learning how to walk in the Spirit!. The human frame does not please you!. The spirit does!. Just be filled with the Holy Ghost and walk in the Spirit!. It is ok to live in the body though till the change is complete!. So take good care of your body!. It has the Spirit of the Almighty God dwelling inside you there!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Pardon me for saying so, but you seem a bit confused!. I'm an atheist, but don't you, as a Christian, believe that God put you here for a reason!?

also, it seems to me that not caring if you die would be an aid to living rather than a hindrance!. ( I mean living in the sense of experiencing life to the fullest as opposed to just existing from day to day ) You can do things that others wouldn't do because they don't want to risk dying!.

I'd rather not die for awhile, so as far as that goes, I don't relate, but I hope that I can empathize!. Good luck!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you are not excited to be here, then you are obviously not living the life God has planned for you!.

Long ago I suggested a book to you called "remarkable healings" which will give you the truth of why you are stuck where you are and why there is an obstruction in your life!. There is something you are not facing or dealing with in your life and you are where you are because you fear to look into it and confront it!. It's only when you look into this with bravery and humility, that you will be able to move forward in your life!.

I look forward to helping you when you get around to buying the book you said you would!. The truth is you are depressed and medication is not the route out of suffering!. Know the truth and it will set you free!.

if you're trying to say that you just want to die now, then by now, you would have committed suicide!. so there must be a part of you that still wants to live!. anyway, that's not the point!. to really live your life, you have to enjoy every day to the full as a famous saying once said, 'Seize the Day'!. you should enjoy yourself to your best ability now, even if your faith does tell you that your life after death is any better, things could go wrong on the way, so while your day lasts now, you might as well do something fun with it!. here is another famous saying: 'yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift, that is why they call it the 'present'!.
i think you should reflect upon this saying, it could mean a lot to you!.

Yes!. I also do not mind to die, although i would def!. prefer if it were in some painless way or even better- to be living when Christ returns and not have to taste death (although, strangely, I am very curious as to what dying would be like)!.

The way you keep living is the same way I do and the same way Paul did!. To live is Christ (meaning that each minute we have in this world is another chance to work for the Lords kingdom) and to die is gain!. That is how I feel!. To die is gain!. But also great loss for my family, whom I extremely love, which is another thing that keeps me wanting to live and love everyday!.

Birdy, you need to think of all those you love and all those who's path would not otherwise have been crossed by someone like you!. As a human you have a very distinct, unique role on this earth that you and only you can fulfill!. The question is how close do we all get to fulfilling that role correctly (correct in the eyes of the only One that matters, Him)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i'm not too excited either!. but just because you don't care if you die, that doesn't mean you shouldn't keep living!. in fact, it should make you be able to live your life at the fullest extent!. fear of death is the only reason, people don't live their lives to the fullest extent!.

all you can do is be yourself, and do what makes you happy!. when death comes knocking on your door, welcome it, and you will be in a better place!. if there is such a thing!.

Go volunteer at an old folks home or a a home for the blind!.

You have got to have a purpose of feel needed!. It is easy to fall into a

a state of mind that life seems meaningless!. Do not let those thought

patterns take over your thoughts!. As soon as a negative thought

enters your mind imagine it being sucked out by the hose of a vacuum!.

Try to replace the negative thought with a positive thought or with

something that makes you laugh!. You can heal your thought patterns!.
BTW the afterlife is not better!. Our deaths should come naturally and peacefully in our old age!. This life matters and your actions determine your karma!. That is not a bad outlook!. If we lessen our expectations about life, we are very likely to become happier!. Shakespear wrote: " Be absolute for death!. Either death or life one shall thereby be the sweeter!. If you have a christian approach to death, then you can keep living because you're then looking for the bigger picture!. awareness of your mortality will make you truly alive!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Oftentimes a near death experience refocuses and aligns our priorities in this world because experiencers know that there is nothing to fear after this life!. Not fearing death is different than hoping for it, which you obviously are not!. Don't worry about your question!. Just feel blessed that you are at peace with your passing and excited to be alive today!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Luckily, "not particularly caring if you die" is not the same at all as actively seeking suicide, otherwise we wouldn't be able to walk down the street for the piled-up bodies!

So, you're really bored with life, and you want to see God!.!.!.er, why not just consider the possibility that God may not approve of your grim view of life, and go outside your current world view!. A sermon by St John Chrysostom
For me, life means Christ, and death is gain

The waters have risen and severe storms are upon us, but we do not fear drowning, for we stand firmly upon a rock!. Let the sea rage, it cannot break the rock!. Let the waves rise, they cannot sink the boat of Jesus!. What are we to fear!? Death!? Life to me means Christ, and death is gain!. Exile!? ‘The earth and its fullness belong to the Lord!. The confiscation of goods!? We brought nothing into this world, and we shall surely take nothing from it!. I have only contempt for the world’s threats, I find its blessings laughable!. I have no fear of poverty, no desire for wealth!. I am not afraid of death nor do I long to live, except for your good!. I concentrate therefore on the present situation, and I urge you, my friends, to have confidence!.

Do you not hear the Lord saying: Where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in their midst!? Will he be absent, then, when so many people united in love are gathered together!? I have his promise; I am surely not going to rely on my own strength! I have what he has written; that is my staff, my security, my peaceful harbour!. Let the world be in upheaval!. I hold to his promise and read his message; that is my protecting wall and garrison!. What message!? Know that I am with you always, until the end of the world!

If Christ is with me, whom shall I fear!? Though the waves and the sea and the anger of princes are roused against me, they are less to me than a spider’s web!. Indeed, unless you, my brothers, had detained me, I would have left this very day!. For I always say “Lord, your will be done”; not what this fellow or that would have me do, but what you want me to do!. That is my strong tower, my immovable rock, my staff that never gives way!. If God wants something, let it be done! If he wants me to stay here, I am grateful!. But wherever he wants me to be, I am no less grateful!.

Yet where I am, there you are too, and where you are, I am!. For we are a single body, and the body cannot be separated from the head nor the head from the body!. Distance separates us, but love unites us, and death itself cannot divide us!. For though my body die, my soul will live and be mindful of my people!.

You are my fellow citizens, my fathers, my brothers, my sons, my limbs, my body!. You are my light, sweeter to me than the visible light!. For what can the rays of the sun bestow on me that is comparable to your love!? The sun’s light is useful in my earthly life, but your love is fashioning a crown for me in the life to come!.
