Question: Assuming that a monopoly is wrong, do old(er) people monopolize our future!?
I think that, individual future expectations (of ourselves) define who we are as people!. So, if older people--seniority--officiate/govern the systems of which we live by (take the barons of media for example),correct me if I'm wrong in using my definition in the former for reference but don't they essentially monopolize our future!?

I make it a point to learn from there mistakes, but still!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Considering that 18 to 25 year olds constitute the most influential market force in the WORLD, I'd say it's a stretch to say "old" or even "older" people have a monopoly on anything!.

Now, that said, I'll concede that those 18 to 25 year olds are only influential inasmuch as they allow themselves to be manipulated by the marketing industry who are so desirous for their dollars and sense (yes, I mean that kind, not cents)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

They can only monopolize your future if you allow them to You can think for yourself and make the decisions that you feel are correct!. You can create your own reality and not let others intrude on it!. There are no mistakes , only lessons to be learned!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

NO to far in left field!. You have to make it on your own like everyone else!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
