Question: Why is human subject research unethical!?
I can't understand why it's unethical or immoral!. If the 'individual' is a convicted pedophile, rapist or murderer then what's wrong with experimenting on them!? Why waste money on them(sending them to jail) when there are so many starving children!? Why execute them when we can use them in our medical experiments!?
And from a non religious point of view, there's no God(and no hell), so what's the big deal!? There's no one to judge us!. And it really isn't wrong!. So why is it considered unethical!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Turn around seems to be a fair game, but resolving disputes is less expensive in a long run!. There is a price to pay but are we aware of it and ready to pay!? That is the question!.
Unethical is what put them in jail in the first place!. It is the lack of respects for other human rights that we must avoid!. If not, then there is no difference between us and them, no telling when we might turn against regular Joe or Jane for any reason!. Unconscious disrespect of lives is a major if not fatally inconvenient for all lives with horrific implications!.
The expectation is that most normal people are conscious, civilised and accommodating in their decisions about all life!. Moral and ethnicity do not come from an abstract and unconscious creator!. Moral and ethnicity are rights, duties and responsibility for existence!. Anyone having problem with that should ask for permissions or pardons, for causing inconvenient!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
It's unethical as they will suffer and be in pain!. You might say they deserve to suffer after committing the crimes they have committed but two wrongs do not make something right!. Inflicting pain on someone is wrong!. All criminals are still human and so retain their basic human rights!. These can never rightfully be taken away under any circumstances!. God may not judge us but our conscience's will!. The vast majority of people (people who agree even with capital punishment) don't agree with experimentation on criminals!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
