I use to feel like everything was BS but that lead me to a realization!. We cannot judge what is BS without knowing of something that is not BS!. All societies believe in opposites like the yin and the yang!. In your case as was with mine there is a polarization of truth and fallacy!.

I feel great empathy for you!. If we read the newspaper we get a lot or political rhetoric thrown at us!. Many men of the cloth violate and abuse children!. We are living in tough times but I think we are only getting the controversial stuff thrown at us from television, newspapers, and the Internet!.

If I answer you honestly, and I am answering you honestly you will see truth!. You are being much too intense!. Answer people with the truth!. Truth is infectious!. Cynics wane away!. There is much evil in the world but it comes to pass!. Sing a song, read something that is enjoyable, or even take up an instrument!. Art and Music are not BS!.

Climb to the top of a hill and look around!. Get yourself a digital camera and photograph the countryside!. Art and Music never lie!.
They are not always found in museums and concert halls!. Look for good people and overlook their faults!.

I will end now with the following!. Overgeneralizing is a fallacy of logic!. When we take a few instances of an event and form a template to view all instances or events we are looking at the world incorrectly!. We need to experience many events to make a judgment or draw a conclusion!. Don't let a defense mechanism (generalization) take control of you!. I am sixty years old and have died twice and have been brought back to life twice!. I also have since experienced a stroke!. I am retired but I write computer programs, repair and build computers from scraps!. I play the guitar finger style, go to the gym often!. When I cannot go to the gym I work out at home!.
