The only possible danger seems to be one of mini black holes (mbh)!.

High energy cosmic rays create fast-moving mbh which leave Earth nearly instantly!.

The LHC may create mbh which are essentially stationary, as two equal forces may collide to make one!.

This is where the problem could arise: a slow-moving mbh might, like Pacman, gobble atom after atom, slowly sink to the center of the Earth, where it is estimated that several years would pass before the mbh would no longer be mini, but able to swallow the whole Earth!.

Interestingly, the Moon would still orbit the bh!.
