1!. One who loses all reasons for living is in a sense already dead!. When this person dies it matters not to them for they were already dead!.

2!. Live each day like it is your last!. Life is precious and could end at any moment!. Life should not be taken for granted!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

There's a popular country song based on the second one!. I think it's called "Live Like You Were Dying"!. That's good advice for everyone!. Why wait til you find out you've got only months to live!? Truth be told, we're all dying, we just don't know when!. We might assume we'll die sometime between 75 and a hundred, and even that's limiting when you realize how much we'll miss!. Life is such a fragile, precious thing though and there's no way to know we won't be gone tomorrow from an aneurism, violence, accident, or sudden severe illness!. also when people are dying, they are very interested in the afterlife!. They want to find out about it right now!. It would be good if we could see the afterlife as relevant even if we might have another 50 years or more on earth!. The afterlife will total a lot more time than anyone ever spent on earth, so it really is important!. I'm Christian!.

The first one!? Is that like if you "die" to this world and focus only on the afterlife then you will live forever in the afterlife!? That's kind of extreme!. Perhaps it stems from a puritanical view that self-denial and suffering are required for salvation!? I disagree with this Abraham though!. We shouldn't be surprised or undone if suffering is our lot here on earth, but we don't have to seek it to be saved!. God pretty much required it of the disciples, because there was no other way to get God's work done, but it's not always necessary!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Here are my opinions
1!. I think, that under death before death is understood the state of soul, when you are ready to give your life for somebody!. I think such people could be cold great!. Poets, writers and those who could not become known and does not live in memories!.
2!. Agression and anger are intended to achievement of some fast or relatively fast result!. To "live as you will have wished to have lived when you are dying!." means to understand, that some problems are not resolvable during one life!. In order to avoid negative emotions you shoud "live as you will have wished to have lived when you are dying!."Www@QuestionHome@Com

Both quotes appear to be based on a religious outlook!.

1!. One has died to self and become alive in Christ while one has lived!. Therefore he has eternal life with God!. Death is defined as separation of the soul from the body!. And eternal death is defined as the soul being eternally separated from God's presence!.

2!. This means you've always lived your life the way God meant you to live so that you have no regrets before God when death comes as to how you lived your life!.

You are welcome!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

those are some great quotes!.

1!. means that the person has lost all sense of life and feels dead inside and they feel there is no life no more!. It might happen to someone who looses some one close to them!.

2!. it means that if you live the way you wanted to that when it comes to dying you have got the most out of your live and you feel fulfilled with what you have done with your live!.
