i don't think they trade one for the other as much as they let other things come into their lives that bring unhappiness!. I think they lose appreciation for what they have and they become to accustomed to getting what they want and being catered to so they lose a sense of whats true or not or who's real and who's not!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would say they trade personal happiness for fame would be more like it!.
Although in the case of MOST actors/singers, they claim that acting and singing are actually the things that make them happy!.
I would say that they all have the chance to get out if they're really that unhappy, if they stop making movies and songs then after a few years people will forget them!.

They seem happy, but their true personality will not exist- it will change over time in exposure such as Hollywood!. Sacrificing your individual life is the burn!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
