It is true for me!. I took a road trip with my family this summer and we stayed at our brother in-laws house with his family!. Even though we were the guests, we felt itchy to go after 3 days!. I think that is the amount of time people can deal with being in close quarters with others they are not normally with!. It does help when everyone pitches in on work!.

Only if you really like your guests and don't feel too put out that longer stays are enjoyable!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You obviously have never had long-term guests or you would most assuredly understand that quote!. No matter how much you like somebody, when they visit they are intruding on your space and, after a few days, you want that space back!!!

Can't say about fish and I do not eat seafood!. I have saying that goes "If it comes from the sea, it's safe from me!." But I imagine it, too, would stink after 3 or 4 days of being unrefrigerated!!! Most food does, not just seafood!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think so!. Fish is fishy without question!. Guests stay without contribution to the host is mostly "stinky" within the very first 24 hours !Www@QuestionHome@Com

Maybe not "true", but very useful information!
Remember - not everyone is that happy to have you around!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Ben Franklin said so and I agree!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
