Mentally, emotionally, spiritually, I dont see how such a configuration could prosper!.

There is such thing as a healthy level of skepticism, however; one that questions and demands discrimination!. If that becomes pathological, solely trying to discredit/disprove others, then it is unhealthy and likely to sicken the owner eventually!.

EDIT: doubt cleanses the mind!? what drivel!. doubt creates confusion, mistrust, poisons the will; it's more true to say doubt clouds the mind!. I'm not sure if you were trying to be funny with that!. Seriously, anyone arguing a 'yes' answer to this question please also answer how!. Like you could say: When I doubted that watch was a real Rolex, I knew to try to move the price from 15K to 40$, and prospered by $14,960!.
I hope I can impress upon you that most doubt in essence is self-doubt, and does not serve you well!. Again, not to be confused with lack of discriminative faculties!.

Not to mention ironic- why not use your system of self enquiry to explore your beliefs on 'doubt as cleansing factor', the nature of doubt, and where it will lead you!.!.!.!.!.ultimately I see a state of indecision and passivity with that!. also you further prove my point!. but skepticism that is not nurtured and fed, would only be self destructive!.
