Existentialism is a philosophy about being, particularly our kind of being!. So it is a philosophy about life!. It's about realizing one's freedom, and becoming aware of our being in the world!. I suggest reading Heidegger's Being and Time (or perhaps at first an introduction, as the original work is quite daunting), and Sartre's novel Nausea!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
