Question: Do you think all the little pieces of life that seem unimportant, lead to a realization of truth!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Absolutely, I do!.

Have had it proven to me recently!. Here's the short story version!.!.!.

I have had many odd jobs, with a wide range of skills, not seemingly related to the other!. The other day I was discussing video with a business partner, and she asked me where I learned about video production!. I actually had to think about it, then realized that all those crappy jobs I had, the attention I paid to things gave me the knowledge to save myself thousands of dollars in marketing costs by building my own website and producing my own videos 17 years later!.

Never connected those useless jobs until then!. There are billions of pieces of experience to draw on for every situation, and when we recognize that everything we go through fits the whole puzzle together at the end of the path, we realize the truth that we knew how all along!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, because that is the purpose of all the little pieces!. Everything in this life is like a sign trying to lead us to realizing of truth!. From nature, the seasons, eating, sleeping, working, all of it!.

For example: We eat, everyday, three times a day!. Why!? Well you can see the simple obvious reasons, because we enjoy it, or because we need energy!.

Do you think that the Creator could have created us like the trees that just soak in the sun, and drink in the water from the ground without all of the eating and purging, eating and purging!? I believe so!.

So what is the truth of why we have to eat and purge!? So that we would understand that we need to eat of his word (life), and by it be purged!. It's a principle, and this stuff is all around us!.

I think all the little pieces of life lead to realisation of truth!.!.!. but none of those pieces seem unimportant to me!. It feels like a completeness to see goodness everywhere!.

Ephraim!.!.!. I like your analogy of "eat and purge!." I would have concluded it a little differently, though: Eat/learn (the Word), then let go of it (and move on to the next insight)!. It's a Buddhist concept whereby you never slow down your progression/journey!. God can give us the small truths we need, from moment to moment, if we can trust, hear, implement and release!.!.!.!. and move on to the next small step!. (Matt!. 6:34)

From the Book of Mormon:

2 Nephi 28:30 - http://scriptures!.lds!.org/en/2_ne/28/230!.!.!.

30 For behold, thus saith the Lord God: I will give unto the children of men line upon line, precept upon precept, here a little and there a little; and blessed are those who hearken unto my precepts, and lend an ear unto my counsel, for they shall learn wisdom; for unto him that receiveth I will give more; and from them that shall say, We have enough, from them shall be taken away even that which they have!.

Enlightenment and progression are gradual things!.!.!. requiring patience!. Step by step, little by little!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

So so true!!

Even little pieces of life that seem unimportant lead to moments that will change your life forever!.

This might sound odd, but when i was in primary school I had a fight with my two best friends!. I had NO friends left and was all alone!.

When I got to highschool, i found a new best friend (who is still my bestfriend today) who has taught me so much about life and about myself!. If I didn't have that fight in primary school, i'd not have the best friend i have now!.

But you are so right!! It's usually not until a lot later that a lightbulb turns on and you can really see what happened!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

When we seek truth will all our hearts, we will find it!. A paraphrase, yes, but a good one because we usually find "whatever" it is that we are looking for, and it can indeed be found in the seemingly "small" things in life!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If they do, that would explain why we rarely get there!.

A lot of interesting discoveries are made by combining two or more seemingly unrelated ideas or facts!. Best to get a broad education to accomplish the best breakthroughs!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The realization of truth isn`t available to all!. There are studies to be performed before it comes!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
