Question: On the Collins project, wouldn't it have been obvious to the suppliers' people that one of the customer's !?
people was a fraud!. To distract attention from themselves they would have needed to engineer all sorts of schemes!. Small wonder that the quality of the project would show a J-curve!. How would Machiavelli have approached the project !? (Machiavelli would assume one of his own people would be a fraud, and would somehow protect against this up front!.
