I'm in a bit of a mess and i hope to have some peace of mind !.

Positive thinking is the secret to peace of mind, since it is through positive thinking that one can develop the ability to be able to accept everything as it comes without getting unduly bogged down with it either due to ego or judgment!.!.!. positive thinking ensures that no event can hold you back from moving forward!.!.!.!. life is a journey and all we need is to keep moving forward with a positive frame of mind!. I honestly think everyone has their OWN secret, you will eventually be lead to it!. Pay attention to your dreams, they have helped me achieve this partially!. I think you have to take in alot of things to help contribute to this!. Exercise, meditation, understanding, the whole thought process!. Reflection of who you are, and where your going!.!.!.!.think deeply!. If it takes a hobbie, try it!. I can usually find it when I produce artwork!. Oh yea, by the way, I used to find it through alcohol, but i lost my self, i gave that up!. good luck my friendWww@QuestionHome@Com

Stay calm!. Let nothing upset you, because 99% of it is unimportant!. Sort out your mess!. Work through the garbage in all your baggage, and throw out most of the cra*!. It just fills up your ego* basket!. You will notice it does not serve any purpose any longer, so why carry it around!.
