Egotists overrate themselves and underate everyone else!.
Egoists know the rational value of their own lives, and so are able to rationally judge the value of others to themselves!. Rational egoists don't care about the value or the stupidity of other people, and leave them free to be good or hedonistic or wild or stupid or whatever they choose to be since it is their own lives!.

It is not humanity that is over rated!. It is the rating system of egotists!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, you don't say who's rating the humans!. But my dog, god love her, sure seems to over rate me!. All I do is feed and water her and let her sleep in the house, etc!. and she seems to think I'm a god!. My cat's a different story!. She seems to think that because I feed and water her and clean her litter box that I worship her!. She clearly rates cats, especially herself, higher than humans!.

When I'm doing the rating, I suppose I tend to over rate those humans who are nice to me and agree with me and under rate those who do not like me and who disagree with me!.

So, perspective seems to have a significant effect on the rating, based on my experience!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I for one think we are equipped with some of the most state of the art cerebral hardware compared to other earth critters, but it also seems to me that very few chose to exploit this natural advantage to the fullest!.
