Of course there is!. I've had situations where someone was supposed to meet me at a particular time at a particular parking field -they went at the correct time to the wrong parking field (they were in the wrong place at the right time)!.

Look at it this way!
What is a wrong place!? A place that you are not familiar with ,a place that gives you an odd feeling , a place about which you had wrong onformation!.!.!. these all could be wrong places!. Right places , you may have been many times there !.But , now, it is a new experience !. This is the time for you to evaluate whether you could add this place also to your short list of right places!. For all you know that is the right time for you to change your view!.
I am not just talking about a physical place !. This can be a situation , a chance meeting or a chance encounter!.

I was once the wrong person at the right time!. I had applied for a job, and a few months later they called me and asked if I could come in and work that day!. I said sure, and was there about an hour later!. When I got there, nobody seemed sure why I was there!. I explained that they had called me and asked if I could come in!. Somebody finally realized that they had called me by mistake, thinking I was somebody else with the same first name who already worked there!. Take for example, if you want to go for a long call, then you end up in the wash room without a toilet, then of-course you will be in a wrong place at the Wright time!.

If you are a police cell, with no bed or congested, and its night/bed time, then you are in the wrong place at the wright time!.

if you get "hot" with your boyfriend in a public place, then you will be in a wrong place at the wright time!.
