yeah when your trying to get over someone its good, because you realise your worthy of the best! and you are happy being with yourself because you love yourself!.

but its all about balance, you do have to love yourself but not be over the top that all you think about is yourself Www@QuestionHome@Com

Whenever you need to focus on a specific task self absorption can be positive as it allows you to ignore external distractions!. I agree with previous posters' comments on getting over someone, focusing on enhancing your career, etc!. Too much of anything can be bad though!. Eventually you'll either turn into a jerk or a hermit!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
