Yes, as you say sometimes it's really hard to let somebody who you love go!.
I had a girlfriend we were very close together after a while I don't know what happened for sure that I left her and now after more than a year I still think about her about memories we had, about her beatiful face, her smooth skin, her wonderful smile, I still feel sad when I remember I haven't have her any more!.
After all we are humen and so sensitive about our partner!.
what can you do the answer is there are two ways:
1!.think if there are anyway to be friends again!.
2!.you have to bare it, I know how hard it is!.

A functional relationship is about a mutual feeling of love and properly supporting it, anything less is just people torturing each other and that does not sound very loving!.

It is so harrrrrrrrrrr!.!.!.!.ddddddd NOt because you still love the person but because your ego is badly hurt!. It is this ego of yours that is still loving the person and not the real you!.
For many ( in such a situation as you) the only thing they will want to 'get back' the person somehow by hook or crook and THEN reject him!. The Ms!. Ego , in you, would smile triumphantly!. This ego is the root cause for many many such situations in life!.
See if you can overcome the ego !. If you look at this as a defeat for you , you will not get out of this!. !. If you start feeling that this seperation has taken place for a reason that you are clear about and that is good for you ultimately , then your mind will come out of it!. It takes time to let go of someone!.
Everyone goes through something like that!.
If I were you, I probably would not think about that person very much!. Maybe you can't help it!. But try, because no one else is going to make the decision of letting him go, except yourself!. Try because you do want to let go of him!.

Just free urself from the materialistic bondings, feel or experiece peace and freedom instead of stress and wastage of time!.
Because you think that person or thing belongs to u but infact it belongs to itself and not u!.

If its true love and u truly love him or her then why so unrest!. U should forgive and forget and besides u love him so let the feeling or thoughts go away , new ones come and take away all your unrest!.

i got angry at my stupid friend who "without meaning it" made her laugh like crazy and i got so ******* jealous!. love can make you do crazy things;)
