I don't think anyone should be punished for any crime by law!. Because in reality we can do anything physically possible!. Law is just a way of controlling reality!. People should be able to do anything on the grounds that, they can!.

Many of you may say that this is stupid, well it probably is!. And many people may say, what if he/she killed you or your family!. Well if someone killed me, I wouldn't care because I would be dead!. And if he/she killed my family, I would hunt them down kill them because I can!.

Life is all about what you can and can't do!. And true freedom is doing anything because you can!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Individuals must accept the consequences of their acts, regardless of their age however, how such consequences are carried out may well depend upon a persons age both from the position of having acted in such a manner as to have been non-beneficial to ones self and others and the one who has been harmed and/or said persons surviving relations!.

Perhaps the main object should be how to assist that person who acted inappropriately in understanding the true reality of said actions so that they might learn to not repeat the same, as well assisting the survivors in dealing with and understanding what they may consider their loss!.

All of this must be carried out in mindful awareness, demonstrated by generosity, loving kindness, compassion and caring!.

Revenge/vengeance, even the legally sanctioned forms of the same, must not be the motive behind the administration of the consequences as such simply does not work as has been proven time and time again throughout the history of modern man!.

Be well and, please, be wise!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Not necessarily!. A teenager's brain and hormonal make-up is different than an adult's biology!. Hormones are more volatile and erratic!. And the brain has not finished growing and organizing!. 'Crimes of passion' should be looked on with more leniency than an adult would receive!. However, I think pre-meditated crimes should be tried as adult crimes as most teenagers are capable of understanding society's stance on murder when a longer interval is imposed between impulse and crime!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

A child, a teenager, an adult!.!.!.what does this classification mean and why is it in place!?

Teenagers committing such a crime are obviously not being handled / taught right by the parents!.

These teenagers need to be counseled separately and observed for any society defined deviant behaviors!.

If these behaviors continue after adult stage, well then the law takes its own course!.

I suspect the Judge gives consideration and takes into account the mitigating circumstances of each case!. We live in an inflamed and dangerously volatile society that has bred a society of antisocial delinquents!.

Society must shoulder the blame with government, and parent yet we know the buck passing ritual ensures all the powerful don’t have to assume responsibility for their maladministration!.

If the populace rises, just set them on God and have done with it, Godidit
