well i mean, it's kind of hard to change your DNA, so i guess in about 90%, because, if you find a fresh, stray hair on the floor, it could be a setup, you know, so the officers and detectives just need to use their best judgement :]Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think evidence could be tamped with two easily!. corrupt officers could plant evidence just to have a suspect!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
