Question: What the h-ell is this supposed to mean!?

!.!.!.Like last night, they are not like tremors, they are worse than tremors,
they are these terrors!. And it's like, it feels like as if somebody
was gripping my throat and squeezing and!.!.!.
!.!.!.Sometimes I see flames!. And sometimes
I see people that I love dying and!.!.!. it's always!.!.!.

sounds like night terrors!. or you could be having a panic attack!. i experience similar things!. if you want them to go away i would see a sleep doctor and if they cannot help you i would recommend you see a psychologist!. me i have learned how to force myself to fall asleep and learned how to wake myself up in the middle of these things!. if in the middle of these terrors you can change just one thing then sometimes they dissipate!. you are in control of your mind it just takes some practice!. but the hard part is realizing you are dreaming!. Sounds like you are having panic attacks!!!! You are fearing things or your worrying alot! You need to talk to yourself when its happening and tell yourself that its not true!. That you are freaking out!. Let a love on know and keep telling loved ones so they can see you are worried about it nd afraid of it!!!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
