That is a question that changed my life a little!.
I watched a documentary on young male prostitutes and a health worker said, sadly, after a while you become what you do!.

I was a computer programmer at the time and realised that I had become one, if that makes sense - we all had the same way of talking, the same sense of humour!. I lost my job and changed to working as a hypnotherapist!. I've changed to other work since then!. I guess if you change what you do from time to time, whether it be a career or an interest, then you don't get as stuck into being a certain way!.

So,my personal opinion is yes, if you do it long enough, you are what you do!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Actually it is true, that we are what we do!.Because how can you do what you can not be!?
Meaning, its hidden something that you are not aware about!. Its just like you being shocked by your own reaction towards a certain situation!.

Unaware of your self(the inner self)!.But an ordinary man would call you a pretender!.

I am who I am, I do what I do!. The two are separate and distinct things!.
