Question: Do you always extend your hand to your opponent to congratulate him for his victory upon yourself !?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
If his means of winning was legitimate then yes, I will extend my hand to congratulate him!. I am not taking the stand point that I am "perfect" and if the opponent earned it, he will also earn my respect!.

If the opponent did it through means of dishonesty, trickery or something of the sort, then no I will not extend my hand for he did not succeed in a victory over me and as a consequence will not earn my respect!.

There are no opponents in my life who have gained victory over me to date!. I am a non retenetive personality, tend to let go when I tire of a situation has exhaused any possibilities of advancing or improving!.

I have no parallel, comparitives or opponents !.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If they won fair and square yes,

however it does depend on how much is at stake whether or not you do shake there hand e!.g!. footballers even if they loose still get paid loads of moeny (shake each others hand)

Bet your house on a poker game and loose (probably dont want to shake there hand)Www@QuestionHome@Com
