Everyone, I think!. The spectators get to see their stars (and have the chance of boasting about it to their friends), the athletes earn medals, if not, limelight, the hosts get to enjoy the status given to their country, the sponsors get money and the magazines and newspapers get a little more customers!. So, in my view, everyone profits from the Olympics!. Thnx!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

the city that host them!.with all the people poring in from across the world poring money into hotels, restaurants, little nick knacks and all the other crap you spend money on when on vacation the city makes money from taxes and selling vendors licensees!.thats why citys are always trying to get to host them!.it is not for the prestige !!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
