Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Really true events of cannibalism happened during the World wars when food was scarce in Europe and Asia, during a plane crash on a snowy mountain top in South America and survivors ate the dead, and while adrift in a boat for weeks at sea!. To survive in extreme circumstances, a person regardless of race, gender, religion, etc would resort to such horrible measures!. There also had been several cases of serial murderers of all races, guilty of cannibalism in Europe and the Americas, over the past 50yrs!.
