Question: When looking at a senior citizen have you ever imagined him/her with the face of childhood !?

It might sound queer but I often exercise this practice of observation to imagine how a person looked like when he/she was a child, a youth, or how would a child/youth of today look like, when he/she would grow older!. At times, I even look at a mirror to explore my childhood and my future life!. Sometimes I find myself as a stranger in the mirror and wonder as to who I am!. Since you have put this question to the forum, I am replying it honestly knowing fully well that this might be rated as an unusual hobby!. When I see a flower in full bloom, I imagine the buds and the decaying faded phase as well!. I ask myself, where from this pretty flower derived its origin, why do we call it 'flower',what is the purpose of this creation!. It is probably a quest about this eternal cycle of birth, lifetime and death that drives me towards this strange and unusual hobby!. I might have misconceieved the proper perspective of the question, but then please bear with me and appreciate that this is a genuine thought that I express here!. Thanks!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have imagined how they looked as a teenager, young and full of energy!. And as a young lover, holding hands with their sweetheart!. I think of how they think of themselves!. Not as old at all!. I often think in the snap of fingers, I will be there also!. And wonder how I got there so soon!.

I find it selfish we don't!. We act towards them as they're just "some old people", and not what they could have been when they were a child or a teenager!. The world would be a better place if we just remember they used to be the same as us!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I've also done this: Try this!.!.!.when you are someplace people watching, select which elderly person you are mostly likely to look like!. It's fun!. I suspect they probably look at the young and select those that most resemble them when they were young!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Once my colleague told me that I should have tried my luck in movies, adding that now its too late!. I didn't know which way to look!.!.!.whether to take it as a compliment (left-handed, of course!) or feel offended!.!.!.predicament!!!
