Question: Does anyone feel like their life is a beautiful movie sometimes!?
I have overcome so much in my life!.!.!. at age 16 my mother moved out and then divorced my father, I was sexually assaulted by a classmate at age 17, dropped out of college at 18, moved home, lost my job, gained 30 lbs; my younger sister is sick with Hodgkin's lymphoma and can't attend college!.

But now everything is falling into place!. I no longer argue with my parents, I have had a solid job for the past 8 months and I am leaving for the Navy in a few weeks!. My sister graduated high school and is doing very well with her chemo!. I am getting better at running and losing the weight, really concentrating hard on my life and not quitting!

Sometimes I just feel like everything in my life is so overwhelmingly beautiful I don't know what to do with myself!. I have never experienced so much change in my life, I just like to listen to music and think and cry and my emotions just constantly overwhelm me!. I feel as if my life is like a movie! Too good to be true sometimes!. I feel so emotional but in a good way!. I love everything!. I cannot thank God enough!. I am so grateful and blessed, I just want to scream this off a mountain top!.

What should I do!? Just keep my emotions in check and always stay humble!? Write a book!? Paint a masterpiece!? lol Does life emulate movies or do movies emulate life!? What do you think!? Is this normal!? LOL Does this question even make any sense!?

just looking for other's opinions!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Thank you for your story!. It may seem like gratitude is the result, but it is also the cause of your success and joy!. Ask how you are to express your life, and it will come!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

whoa, you've gone thorugh a lot!.im glad everything is working out well!

Express emotions by painting a masterpiece youll see if it changews, swirly squiggly line as in confused, or bright colors happy!. I love drawing, so i normally do that to express feelings!. Itsw like therapy (:

Sometimes i feel like my life is a soap opera!. I admit, I have not been through nearly as much as you have been!. The things that go through in my life get so twisted and jumbled and ridiculous that i think there is someone upstairs somewhere flipping through life channels, sitting back, and laughing at mine!. Especially when it comes to love and relationships!.!.!. major soap operaness!.!.!. Everything is so chessily dramatic!.!.!. like i have liked this one guy, milo, forever, and it just so happens that he was really good friends with my boyfriend, Sam, until Sam cheated on me with one of my friends named Sammy!. I broke up with him, was upset, and so i ended up accidentally making out with my best friend Alex, whom i may be made for, but we cant go out right now cause we dont want real relationships!. also, Alex used to go out with my friend Sara and it was a really messy breakup and she would be hurt if i ended up with him!. and then randomly, as i accept that i may end up with Alex, Milo comes back into the picture and we are only held back by my over protective brother who never lets me out of his site when Milo's around!. My life belongs in the oc, so yes, it can resemble a movie, mine is a soap opera, i think you should just go with the flow and enjoy your success!.!.!. You go girl!!! Www@QuestionHome@Com

Your life does sound like it would make a good movie, but be careful when thinking along those lines!. It can sometimes be very tempting to draw an analogy between our own lives and a movie, but lets take a moment to consider the consequences of such an analogy!. If your life is a movie, then you must be playing the lead role, i!.e!. the point of view from which the movie plays out!. Everyone else in your life's movie is a supporting actor (at best) or a prop (at worst)!. This works well for films, but thinking about the real world in this way is to severely diminish the importance of other peoples lives!. Would your loved ones appreciate being considered nothing more than a support or prop in your life!? I doubt it!. They have their own lives, and while you may be an important part of their lives, their lives do not revolve around you!.

In short: your life may make a good movie, but do not think of your life as a movie or else you will be in danger of solopsism, a very selfish and single-minded worldview!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
