If you have a self that you command it is not your true self, your true self is that idea you have when your doing something wrong but you really want to do it anyway, and you ignore it that is the true self!. Ego-soul is a delusion, it was once needed for survival but is no longer necessary!.

Whether commanded or commander what is not your self, if the commanded does not listen to the commander then there is something incorrect about the entire person!. Whoever said "To talk to yourself is crazy" was correct!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

yes when you no you are not in control (like if you were completly addicted to heroin or some other drug) but yet you are trying to make yourself stop!. So you are afraid that your body won't allow you to stop, and will just use anyway!. Good Question!.
