1) What is life!? I used to look at pictures of people a hundred years ago and think that is a long time!.

Well it's 2008 and one-half and it seems that 2004 was yesterday!.

So life is too fast and too quick!.

Don't get me wrong, I am thankful for everyday, but I strongly believe there will be an afterlife!.

2) Every great philosopher and thinker in all ages says pay attention to things, but pay special attention to the unseen!.

Yes, I believe in Heaven & Hell!.
I believe that we have souls, that they make us different from each other, and when our bodies decompose, the soul lives on!.
Why!?
Because our bodies are only enouh iron for a nine-inch nail and enough phosphorus to tip 2,200 matches, and enough fat for seven bars of soap!. Yet we know there is more to us than that!.

The idea that I was made for a purpose makes sense to me - what would be the point of us living on this Earth like robots for three score years and ten if we're lucky!? I like to think that there is more than that, and I have found that the people at my church who do believe in God feel much more fulfilled than people at my school, who don't, and don't seem to have a clue about what life should be about!. I'm not claiming I know what its all about, but I wouldn't have this view without reasons :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

I am conflicted over this question!. My logic and evidence leads me to discount it, but my personal experience says otherwise!.

I suffered an NDE and it seemed to me I went somewhere, but I cannot say that it wasn't the effect of a dying brain!. Being more the physicist, I am inclined, that given the similarities of most all such experiences, it is the dying brain!.

New research, using CS and tomography technology seem to confirm this!. As each part of the brain dies, the effects are mimicked by the reported sensations experienced in an NDE!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
